I feel that way about wasting life also…but, I’ve always been a night-owl. I prefer the time when the whole “world” is asleep I guess. 🙂

I tend to do both… rarely sleep more than 4-5 hrs, much less in summer 😀

I have times when I sleep like a bear…10 hours straight, But, I have noticed lately that I tend to sleep around 5 or 6 hours and am then wide awake. I wonder if getting older makes us want as much time as possible.
